Well, first question is why you haven't updated to the new FS mobile client. Regardless, you're best to contact Resco when it comes to the Xamarin client. Alternatively, I will loop in someone on here that has solid experience with that client: dian74.
Agreed with the above comments. Unfortunately I haven’t touched the Xamaran app in a long time so I can’t be of any help here, your best bet it so enter a ticket. You so need to upgrade to the new field service app soon as end of life for Xamaran will be half way through 2022.
Sorry BrahiamRestrepo. Dian is the best resource I'm aware of on here for that outside of filing a ticket with Resco.

Update the Woodford solution by importing the Woodford solution (www.resco.net/.../) 14_1_2.......
If you have "woodford_upgrade" solution delete it, apply all customizations and should automatically be updated.
