Migrating from Dynamics CRM Online to Dynamics 365

How complex is the process to move from Dynamics CRM Online to Dynamics 365? Are you able to just switch the users to the new license without a disruption or does Dynamics 365 require configuration?

    Can you please elaborate what do you mean by migrating from Dynamics CRM Online (BTW this name is retired, the actual one is DataVerse) to Dynamics 365.
