"New" Button for generating Gift Card is Disable

Hello Everyone.

I am trying to generate a new default gift Card in D365 Commerce but the New button is Disable. Does anyone know how to generate a new gift card with default settings?

Hi Owais Chang,

The “New” button is disable because you have to use POS for issue/add gift card.
