I wanted to know if there is any tool to migrate a CRM 3.0 to a Dynamics 365 CRM (OnLine).
What you want to migrate are all custom entities with all their fields

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 does not contain the concept of solutions so you will need to recreate the custom entities and fields in Dynamics 365 and then map the data from Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 to Dynamics 365 with an SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) package.

The best method is to build an SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) package to take the data from Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 and insert it into Dynamics 365.
