Please check the GL account for required dimension and after that you have to enter required dimension in these lines.
You have a setup on this account that requires you to select a value for this dimension. You need either to select a value for this dimension in this document (or document line) before posting, or cancel the requirement setting for dimension selection on the account card.
Select the proper dimensions on this order. You will get the option on Navigate Or Action Tab.

You have set the "Dimension" as mandatory for this "G/L Account". You need to check the same in "Chart of Accounts" -> Dimensions.
This account is used in your setup (perhaps in the Inventory Posting Setup).
If you want to know where it's used, "Chart of Accounts" -> Account -> "Where-used List".
