Retail POS sales transaction - Override the Salesman in line level

Currently doing a customization on sales man in retail POS sales transaction. Sales man for all lines is coming through "Sales Person" operation and shows correctly as picked. But need to override Sales person in line level for particular selected sales line. I have created a "Blank Operation" for this and added to a button. In the operation class selected sales line(grid line) not available. currently providing sales line id manually, then also sales person inheriting from entered line till last line( FrmSalesperson used to pick sales person) . So I am stuck in the SELECTED SALES LINE(GRIDLINE) and the INHERITANCE of SALES PERSON. looking for help in these issues and will be very thankful.
