The CNAME1 for the default domain shows as failed (- "Record not found") under settings for Domain Authentication. The result is that any emails sent from this domain goes straight into Junk. Is this an installation error or something that can be rectified easily?
The default domain works out automatically even though it might be displayed as 'not confirmed'. There is no customer action needed to send out emails using a default domain. It is also not advised to modify it in any way.
