Bank balance in foreign ccy

Hi im facing a problem whereby a foreign ccy bank account which is no longer in use is having a zero balance in my functional ccy.(usd) but throwing up a cr balance in additonal ccy.

The bank account should have a zero balance as it was emptied out. 

How do i get rid of the additional currency balance?

Any help is much appreciated
