Unable to sign in

i am unable to sign in to D365. 
error message: Your IP address has changed. Sign out and Sign in again to continue

    This error is usually caused by Azure AD session security detecting a change in your network IP during an active login session. It commonly happens with VPNs, proxies, or unstable network switching (Wi-Fi ↔ mobile hotspot).
    Recommended resolution steps:
    1. Sign out completely
      • Close all Dynamics 365 browser tabs
      • Sign out from Microsoft 365 (office.com) as well
    2. Clear active session data
      • Clear browser cache and cookies for:
        • login.microsoftonline.com
        • Your Dynamics 365 URL
      • Or try an InPrivate/Incognito window
    3. Check network stability
      • Avoid switching networks during login (Wi-Fi ↔ VPN ↔ hotspot)
      • If using a VPN or proxy, disconnect and try direct connection
    4. Sign in again
      • Log in first at https://office.com
      • Then open Dynamics 365 from the app launcher
    5. Try a different browser/device
      • Prefer Microsoft Edge or latest Chrome

    If the issue persists (admin-level check)
    Ask your IT admin to review:
    • Azure AD Conditional Access policies
      • Policies using “Sign-in risk,” “Named locations,” or “IP-based restrictions”
    • “Require compliant device” policies
    • Session controls like:
      • “Sign-in frequency”
      • “Persistent browser session”
      • “Re-authentication on IP change”
