How to change format of date in word template

Hi Team,

I am generating pdf document using word template in process in D365. The value of date is passed correctly as dd/mm/yyyy and generating pdf there after, in pdf it contains mm/dd/yyyy. I checked all possible thing to achieve this but please let me know if you ahve any idea how to change date format in merge field

Hi Lalit,

Based on your description, the value of date is passed correctly as dd/mm/yyyy in word but show mm/dd/yyyy in PDF, Am I understanding correctly?

Have you tried to use the PDF generation capability,which allows users to generate PDF files directly from Dynamics 365 records.
