    Hi Partner,
    Is the current user assigned a security role?
    Go to Power Platform admin center > environments, find correct environment based on id the message provided.
    Click Settings > Users + permissions > Users.
    Select this user and assign roles.
    All of the above is requested to be done by the system administrator.
