Error when adding custom registration fields to marketing form

Hi, I am modifying an existing marketing event registration form to include custom event registration fields.  I have:

  • created and activated the custom registration fields
  • added the custom registration fields to the event(s)
  • created a form using 'standard fields' and run error checking on it, it is fine.

The problem occurs when I try and add the custom registration fields to the form.  I am able to add a custom registration field from the list in the toolbox.  However when I 'check for errors' I get the following error:

this error prevents me from 'going live' with the form.

The error occurs regardless of which custom field I add.

Can anyone please advise how to resolve this issue?  Thanks.

    An update.  I ended up creating the form again from scratch (without using a template) and adding the custom registration questions worked fine.  Must have been some incompatability with the template I was using.

    You are right UmbJo.

    By looking at the error it seem to be the error with your OOB fields and nothing related with the custom fields.

    Though, sometimes browser cache creates the problem.

    Best to close and start again.
