Unable to Print Retroactive Deferral Batch Edit Report

Financial | Transactions | Financial | Purchasing Retroactive | Retroactive Batches From the window above, I'm trying to print the edit report by clicking on the printer icon on the upper right corner of the window and by going to File>Print from that window. In both cases, I am not getting the Report Destination window or any response for that matter. This is the only report that I am aware this is happening. I'm able to print edit reports for other batch windows throughout GP. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

I am not heard this issue earlier. Try to re-configure your printer setup on the GP installed server and try again.
