    Hello,

    There are multiple ways:

    1. Worklfow.

    2. Flow.

    3. Code.

Vague questions can be answered on with vague answer. Try to be more specific.

    Hi partner,

You can try to use on-demand workflow to convert email to task. It only need a little steps to achieve it.

    Here are steps:

    1.create a workflow.

Go to Advanced Settings > Processes, new. Select entity to Email.

When email is received or sent it's already in "Completed" state that is kinda "Inactive". What do you mean with "Deactivated"?

    Hi partner,

There are no ‘deactivate’ status in Activities entity. Maybe you want to change the status of the email to ‘Completed’? Right?

If you want to change status at the same time email convert to task. you can add step to update this email in workflow.

    Here are steps.

    1. open and deactivate this workflow.
