Custom logo in CRM online

Hi - Is there a way to get your company logo in a CRM online edition? Also how quickly can i create a couple of place holders to hold custom features that companies like our use. Banking client so would need access to investors, funds, competitors, Portfolio, Agreements etc.. . Thanks!

    Hi,

    Microsoft doesn't support changing the logo. Unsupported customization won't work in the online version as you'd not have access to the files.

    Creating custom entities as place holders is a matter of few minutes. However, time required to implement custom functionality depends on its complexity.

    How can they have that feature not configurable? Ideally we should be able to upload a custom file with a specific name and size and it should show up in the online site automatically..

    How different is the latest version for MS CRM online? it is crm 2015 correct? or we always call it CRM online since it is SaaS?

    Hi,

    Microsoft doest support editing logo in any version. In on-premise version there are unsupported ways to achieve this but not supported or recommended.

    Yes, CRM 2015 is latest version for online.
