Our company recently started using Dynamic NAV, We have a lot of past quotations in excels with customer information to enter into the NAV system.
My role is to create a quotation with customer details, equipment details, application specifications, etc.
Not every quote turns into a customer so I've been creating these from Create new contacts, then create a sales quote manually.
My question is, how do I use an excel file to bulk create quotations that are connected to contact in NAV? Do I have to bulk create contacts first? then import an excel with all the quotation info matching the contacts? or is there a way to bulk create contact + quotes in one sheet.
