How to see in contact`s record marketing email name from which contact unsubscribed

I want to make some convenient customers unsubscribe stats via charts and dashboard. In order to get it done i need an email name that customer unsusbribed from, can it be done somehow. I`ve tried to make some workflows but it didn`t work.

You can use PowerBI to leverage the interaction data that D365 Marketing uses to display insights on emails and contact records, including unsubscribes.
