
When I tried to post a warehouse shipment which pick is registered, the system prompts an issue saying "You must assign a lot number for item XXXX". The warehouse shipment item tracking line is already tracked with a lot, but the system prompts this error message.
Has anyone come across with this issue? Is there a solution to this issue?
The system is set up with advanced warehousing (directed-put-away and pick). Item tracking code is enabled with warehouse tracking.
