I am evaluating what the best option to capture results from multiple surveys per person over time in Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise with Fundraising and Engagement for a non-profit. They have about 10 years of data they want to bring over and continue collecting data for at least the next year. The information collected will have a unique Application ID along with about 10 additional questions that may differ between surveys, but will have the standard name, state, contact info on every survey. We need to report on results by each semester/program date. There will be many surveys per contact.
Before I create a new entity, I want to see if there is one I could possibly repurpose. I'm leaning toward Events and ticket registration. Has anyone else run into a similar situation? How did you address is?
