Does anyone knows why this could be happening?
It only happens while trying to email SOP Returns. The customer is setup to email both SOP Invoices and Returns.

I think have seen similar issue, and when I removed the Message ID the email sent.
Haven't got to the bottom of the issue, but sure that's how I got around it,

Thanks Mick, the problem was solved after I deleted and recreated the message ID for the returns. It doesn't get to the root of the problem but it's definitely a pretty good solution.
