How to give access to the Vend Table form.

Hi All,

Requirement:

While Create new vendor need to generate the vendor workflow.

I created everting working well.

Problem.

Some users only create the vendor and submit. For that I added the submit duty for that role.

But that users can view the Vendor form in full details. Please check the below images

Pls advice me solve this issues.

    Hi Tony,

    At least the duty 'Inquire into vendor master' is granting access to open the vendors and view the details. If your question is how to restrict that, you need to remove duties including '.... vendor master'.

    Thank for reply I need to show full vend table form.

    And there is no name under  "Inquire into vendor master '

    only I found "Inquire into vendor master data using data services"

    Hi Tony,

    On the screenshot above, I do see the duty "Inquire into vendor master". I thought you wanted to restrict access. You now clarified this. Can you check if this duty still has the standard privileges attached in your environment? Do the users need to have maintain rights or only view? If maintain, then you have to check if the duty "Maintain vendor master" is part of this role.
