Remove pay code from employee?

We have an employee that is hourly (Pay code H). Somehow this employee now also has a salary pay code (Pay code S). Still, Pay Code H is the primary pay code. Is it possible to remove Pay Code S from this employees card.

Our payroll (and pay stub) shows an even 80 hours, 40 for Pay Code H, and 40 for Pay Code S. Even though Pay Code S shows no funds.

How can we remove Pay Code S from this employee entirely?

    Hi Dom,

    If you mean you want to remove this from the Employee's Card, you cannot delete the particular Pay Code as long as there is History against that Pay Code Card.

    But if there is history already against Pay Code S, the only option is to use manual payroll checks and reverse out the history and move it to the Pay Code H;

    It will still appear on the Pay Check Stub against the Year to Date bucket.

    Hi Dom, you should be able to remove the pay code from the employee by deleting it, but if it states there is activity, then you cannot remove it.

    What you probably have to do is remove it from the following tables

    History UPR30300 and UPR30301 where employee ID  and pay code = your specific

    Then you can remove it from the master table UPR00400.
