Hi,

We have lookup fields in opportunity that refers to another entity, we are using 2013 and when we click on the lookup we get first 10 records and a note"Look up more records", the problem we have is the first 10 record that comes up has the created on below them, it there a way to have only the actual option to show up? Also we have a lookup where there are a series of numbers and they are arranged in 1,11,12,13... instead of 1,2,3,4,.. All of this is just in the 10 records that show up initially when we click on the lookup.

Hi Davyjones,

Abdul has answered the first question above regarding the lookup view. For your second question, it would appear that the fields that contain the series of numbers are formatted as text fields. If they were formatted as Number fields then it would display as you require it

Hi Davyjones

Go to the entity where your lookup values are coming, go to the views of that lookup entity, select your lookup view, go to the edit columns, remove your unwanted column apply order by your required and this will solve your problem.
