
One of CRM user facing pending emails warning even though there is no pending email in the queue for that business unit. I have cleared all the drafts & sending emails from queue but still it showing warning.

I have the same question (0)I had the same issue for many of my users. It seems to get stuck from time to time. I turned off the pending email notification in the general settings email section as it was so unreliable. I know this is not the answer you may have been looking for, but it was the most reliable way to prevent it for me.
