While using excel add-in functionality, JV number is not getting updated. Getting below error

What Dynamics 365 security roles are attached to the user? How is this file opened? From a file share or from the General journal page by using 'Edit lines in Excel'?
According to the error prompt, maybe you can check the security role and permission settings according to the link below.
