Is it possible to restore Demo Database into UDE Environment Without Tier-2+ Source environment?

Hello Everyone,
We are currently using a UDE environment with D365 Finance and Operations, and would like to restore our demo database into this environment to test the D365 ERP MCP capabilities.

However, we understand that restoring a database directly into a UDE environment is not supported, and that only a full environment copy is permitted.
We are an ISV company and do not maintain any Tier-2+ environments (UAT or Production) in LCS.

As a result, we do not have a source environment available from which an environment copy can be performed.

At present, the only option available to us is importing data using the Data Management framework.

Is there any other supported approach to restore a demo database into a UDE environment?

We would appreciate your guidance on this matter.

    Hello, why you can create a new one UDE with demo data and test into it?
    Cannot understand why you must use your one.
     
    If you create a new one you can install any custom you need over demo data.

    Our database is completely different from the standard Microsoft demo database.
    We have custom functionalities and specific business setups that are not available in the demo data provided during UDE creation.
    We want to test MCP using our own business data.
    Therefore, we need to restore database from our environment.

    Hello, now i understand.
    In this case is not so easy as LCS.
     
    As you told the restore cannot be done from file, but only from LCS or Another PPAC Enrivronment.
     
    The idea is to create a Golden env. contains "base" data and get from this to create new USE, but it's a open point right now, not always work.
     
    The solution in you case is migrate you business data using DIXF.
     
    Hope in the future Microsoft add more options
