Change of CRM Online Base language

Hello, my prospective customer was very active and have created CRM online instance. Unfortunately they have chosen bad Base language. They want to keep their selected domain like companyABC.crm4.dynamics.com

They have no problem to lose nearly empty CRM org. Does CRM Online support accept request for creation of new org with the same URL? Do they chargé for this service?

We were in same situation in the past and Microsoft Support Helped us to create new crm online instance with same domain and with different base language.

Hi Orisb,

As Chitra says, CRM Support can help with the change of the base language. You can create a support ticket for this. It is free for CRM Online. We can change the base language only if we also reset the organization. This means that you will lose all the data and customizations.

If you can wait for CRM 2015 spring update release , you can change your base language by going to system settings

You can change Instance type to "Sandbox" and then can rest and change the base language of instance. After that you have to change Instance type to "Production"

Hello there,

I have a question, if I cancel the trial and then try to create a new instance with the correct language, will I be able to use the same domain afterwards?
