Hello,
I have 2 important questions and i need brief explanation:-
1st: why we need to use inventory movement journal to adjustment inventory instead of purchase and sales order ax 2012?.
2nd: what is the diffrent between the PO(purchase order) & Movement journal related to the SO(sales order)? .
just need good explain to take the idea for the two questions

For No 1:
I don't know why you need to post and inventory movement journal to adjust your inventory. The inventory should automatically be adjusted by the Purchase/Sales Orders.
For No 2:
I don't understand this question.
Can you elaborate?

2nd: what is the difference between the (purchase order) & Movement journal during the SO(sales order) process...? .
My manager told me we are able to do PO process for the sales older
But why we make it from the movement journal inventory insted of the PO....
So i want get why the diff. And the reseon that using this movm. Journal?

Hi Etisaq,
I guess you mean arrival journal not movement journal, where warehouse users can receive the products through Arrival journals not using the Product receipt functionality on the PO. And mainly for security reasons and segregation of duties, where warehouse users should not be able to view all data on purchases orders.
