crm 2013 "Comparison charts do not support more than one measure collection."

Hi,

I have created one chart for salesorder for displaying total amount and total count group by account region and

salesorder statecode.below is the xml for that

Capture_5F00_3_5F00_060115.PNG.

If i import it it is showing me the below error

Comparison chart, which are charts with subcategories, cannot have only one measure collection.

But, if i remove one group by new_region or statecode then it will be imported and no error.

the same is for if i remove the attribute alias then also it will not give me error.

I have a requirement that i need to group by "new_region" of account and by order statecode also and i also have to dispaly the sum of total amount and total number also.

Any idea.

Please suggest.

Thanks.

But in this link there is only one group by and single entity there and no link entity.

My case is different from it.

    Hi Kandarp,

    *  OOTB CRM supports either 2 horizontal (and 1 vertical) or 2 vertical (and 1 horizontal) groupings.  Not 2 of each at the same time - which may be the cause of your error message.

    *  It may be possible to present a chart using groupings and/or additional sequences rather than sub-categories.  Or possibly to add e.g. the counts in as a separate series of numbers.

    crmchartguy.wordpress.com/.../multiple-series

If that isn't getting you there:

    *  Suggest you have a good hunt on crmchartguy's site - and send him a query if there is nothing like what you want on his blog already.  He really is an expert, and very helpful.

    If it's not possible then:

The simplest fall-back alternative I can see is to have 2 stacked column charts with horizontal axes of Account Region and Statecode - one chart each for $ Amounts and Counts.
