Hi, I suggest you export it and merge it outside the system, so no customization is required. In addition, as far as I know, there is no Drug License Company List function in the standard functions. So you can contact your partner and add the export function you need on this basis.
Seems that those 2 are separate lists, and in that case No, You cannot do it during export to excel - with standard tools.
Options would be to export both lists (without filters), get 2 excel tables, and then You can add the Expiry Date to Vendor list via Vlookup, by matching Vendor No. And then You can do the filtering, to see just the ones, that have active license.
Other option would be create a custom Export process, where You could provide filters based on the Drug License Company list. You can ask Your Microsoft partner to develop this. Would be few hours of paid work for them. Or ask them to add a field to Vendor list, that shows the Expiry date (the latest I assume? ) Then You can filter the Vendor list in the system, and export as usual - just the filtered cards.
