Hi everyone,

Im trying to install management reporter 2012 for GP2015 R2 with CU11. I have installed it. But when

configuring i'm unable to install the application service. We have a dedicated user for running management reporting service. The same user we are using in Production server to run the service. But in test server im unable to use it. what could be the problem. I surfed a lots of blogs and communities but couldn't find a solution.

below is the screen shot of the message and log file.
