Include SharePoint Document Location in Email Workflow

Hi,

We have a CRM 2015 on-premise installation with standard SharePoint integration to create a new folder in SharePoint whenever a new opportunity is created in CRM. I have an email workflow in CRM which runs whenever an opportunity is assigned to a specific team notifying them of the opportunity and I wondered if anyone knows a simple method of including the SharePoint document location for the respective opportunity within the workflow email?
