Deleting Partially Released AP Batch

We recently upgraded to SL 2011; however when the user tries to delete the suspended batch SQL server message 65 'fetch out of range' comes up and the batch does not delete. I am using the delete button on the screen when the batch is open; i hope i am doing the right thing.
