Is there any option where we can attach notes comments in an Open Purchase order.
I tried to do the setup in Form Setup and Form notes as well but i couldn't find the relevant at Purchase order.
You should use the paperclip icon in the top right corner:
If it's not available, you'll need some extra setup (Organization administration > Document management > Active document tables)

You should be able to add notes from attachments in the purchase order. You go to attachments
Click on New and select "Note".
