How to change the default case form for Dynamics 365 App for Outlook?

Hello,

Not sure what I've done but I was editing the 'App for Outlook Case Quick Create' form to remove some unnecessary fields, I saved it, published it and it works working absolutly fine.

Today when I loaded up Outlook and opened up the App I noticed that the case form was different than what I've changed it to. No for some reason it is using the 'Case Quick Create' form for the Outlook add in instead of the App for Outlook Case Quick Create' form.

How do I go about changing the case form back to the default one for App for outlook?

    You can either use 'Form Order' to change the order (and hence the default), or deactivate the form(s) that you don't need

    Hi David,

    Thank you for your reply.

    All forms which we don't use are already deactivated.

    We use the 'App for Outlook Case Quick Create' form for our Outlook app and we use the 'Case Quick Create' form to create cases within our CRM.

    Currently the form order is set as following;

    If I was to change the order then the 'App for Outlook Case Quick Create' form would also be used to create cases within our CRM which is something we don't want.

    There must be a way to separate them because last week we were using the 'App for Outlook Case Quick Create' form within our Outlook app and the 'Case Quick Create' form to create cases within our CRM when we click on the '+' sign on the top navigation bar.

    Hi partner,

    You could uncheck the 'Case Quick Create' form in the app designer of App for Outlook.

    Go to Advanced Settings > My Apps, open in app designer of App for Outlook.

    Click into Case forms, unckeck 'Case Quick Create'. Save and publish.
