Error Workflow Restriction

Hi,

I tried creating workflow for general batch journal and lines with any filter in the templates, and there was an error. Due to this, error occur also occur in the cash receipt.

I deleted all the lines in the workflow step instance table and deleted the general batch journal workflow but the error still occur. Need your help. Thank you in advance.

Hi Gecel,

Did you check the page Restricted Records? Maybe you have some records there.

The standard General Journal Batch Approval Workflow is setup to add a record restriction when submitting the approval request. This record restriction is removed automatically when the request is approved.

To solve this issue, you can go to “Restricted Records” in the workflow. Type “Restricted Records” in the search. If there is an issue related to a specific item creation request to be approved, you can delete it from here. That means that the request for item creation has been removed, so you can now easily post the sales order without this error again.
