cut and paste in RMS POS and RMS manager

Hi All,


I have recently upgraded my workstation pc from xp to windows 7, cut and paste is a valuable function which we use all the time creating multiple items and copying the text from one item to another, also many other times looking up customers details and copying and pasting from one application to another. However this function does not work in RMS now, I can copy from RMS into notepad but cannot paste back into rms.

If someone can advise a fix for this would be much appreciated.

    is copy function of RMS on item doesn't work?

    I think in your case there is conflicting between SQL collation and windows uni-code causing this issue
