Filter By and Lookups not showing all possible values in Views and "Edit Filters" option

Posted on by
I've come across an unusual issue in Dynamics 365 Online - 9.2.24071.

I have various lookup fields which are included in a number of Views. When users select the "Filter By" option against the column header in the View, they don't see all the possible values for that field. For example, in one situation there are 100 different values, but the users only sees 5 or 6.

I see similar behaviour when applying Filters to a View with the "Edit Filters" option. If the user opens the Edit Filters panel, clicks into a Lookup field (e.g. "Related Contact") and scrolls through the list of available Contacts, the list won't scroll beyond names starting with "B". However, there are 1000s more contacts in the system. If the user types in a name (eg: David), then the lookup works fine and shows matching values.

Is this a known issue in Dynamics at the moment, or can this behaviour be changed?

Thanks
