Currently when using the Advanced Lookup for a Serial Number (Customer Asset) on Work Order form the default view is Customer Assets related to account (default)
How can I change the default to Active Serial Numbers.
Any suggestions appreciated

Hi Cpmt1977,
Go to Settings > Customizations > Customize the System, select one entity(Work Order in your scenario) and open the form editor.
Double-click the lookup field(Serial Number (Customer Asset) in your scenario) to open "Field Properties" dialog, then you can change the "Default View".
Save and publish.
