Regards to Financial Dimension not populating for Parent item in BOM Journal

When creating a BOM journal starting from Release products>Engineer>Process>Report as finished and selecting the right Journal Name with "Post now" as no.
The BOM journal created does not contain the expected financial dimension for the Parent line but the child line items have the financial dimension populated from the active BOM present in the parent item.

Please advise how to get the financial dimension from the journal for the parent item in BOM.
