Dynamics GP Canadian Payroll Department Code is Blank in Quick Transaction Entry

Hello, the Department Code is setting to blank in Payroll Quick Entry screen in Dynamics GP 2016 R2 Canadian Payroll. The Department Code is populating at the time of entering Employee ID and PayCode, it's set to blank when I move the record to next row. It's happening if I select benefit and deduction codes, no issue if I select income codes.

I would appreciate if any assistance as early as possible.
