    Hi,

yo can create a custom API following this page:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/dev-itpro/developer/devenv-develop-custom-api

    The process would be:

    - create your custom API page extension in AL language using Visual Studio

    - Publish this API page in your tenant (your Business Central installation).  Your API will be only in your installation.

    - Once you have the Extension published, you can call this API from Postman or from your PHP App with something like this:

    POST

    api.businesscentral.dynamics.com/.../companies(<company id>)/MyCustomPurchaseOrder

Remember you would need an oAuth2.0 authentication in order to access to your Business Central data.
