Get OptionSet from CRM to Windows APPlication

Hi everyone , 

i m trying to develop windows application that read and write to crm , now i have to get option set values and text (items) and load it to dropdown list , i dont know how can i do it , and also i want feach some record to gridview like crm security , the record show to gridview that user created it depend on security role

    Please refer below article how to connect CRM using C# , console.

    Once you connect you can easily retrieve data using organization service .

    You can refer below reference how to retrieve data using FetchXML -

    To retrieve optionset item please refer below -
