Unfortunately that popup is not available for customization so you can't change that default value.
Hope this helps.
you can set it on the filed in normal form. this is a Dialog and currently dialog designer is not available . if you can export this dialog you will have to modify the solution to add default filed . not sure if this can be done in this case.
