Does anyone know when this is coming out??? It's overdue right?

SP1 UR3 came out in April.

We are waiting on fixes that are meant to be in this patch!

There is no confirmed release date for this as of yet. It may be released in next couple of months.

I was told recently by a support engineer at Microsoft that the estimated release date is February 19th, but I I've also been told in the past that it would be released in September so...

Will there also be a new base installation set that will add support for Office 2016 clients since now you'll get an error telling you that there is no supported version of office found during setup.
