Cannot open FRX in GP2010

Hi, Gurus,

I have a user cannot open FRX6.7 from GP2010--reports--financial--frx.  other users can do it. is something wrong to configure in the user pc?

I appreciate for any help!

    When you first go to Reports > Financial > Frx it will open a window to prompt for the path to the Frx exe file.

    The path would be something like:  :C:Program Files (x86)/FRx Software/FRx 6.7/FRx32.exe

    Once you have entered the path, it will create a file called "FRXDYN.ini" in the "Data" subfolder of the GP2010 client program folder on that PC.

    This ini file will hold the path to launch FRx.

    On the PC where you have the problem, check if this FRXDYN.ini exists - and if so check what it contains.

    It should contain something like:

    [Frx Launch]

    :C:Program Files (x86)/FRx Software/FRx 6.7/FRx32.exe

    The easiest fix is to look for the FRXDYN.INI file and delete (rename) it. The next time you try to lauch FRx from GP it will ask for the location of the FRX32.exe file. Just point to it and click Save.
