Dynamics Deployment Services [wsfed-enabled] Authorized pending

I am trying to set up an LCS project and creating a VM for learning purpose. I have an azure subscription under MSDN/Visual basic subscription. 

I am trying to add the wsfed-enabled in Azure portal but for some reason it is not showing there.

I think that is caused by below - the authorization is still pending.

If I click the Authorize link, an error will say that i need admin approval.

I followed below link but still wont work.

What could be the other way for me to complete the autorization of wsfed-enabled in LCS? Is this an azure portal subscription issue?

    Hi Freya T,

    Please check this link for the Microsoft documentation for adding Azure subscription to LCS project. You can try the steps mentioned here which should fix the issue.

    Thanks for the link. Unfortunately, this doesnt solve my issue. If I click the Autorize link, it says I need admin approval. Could this be an Azure portal access issue?

    Hi Freya T,

    I think so.  Do you have Global admin privileges on Azure portal? If you are not a Global admin, you could get these steps completed by someone who has Global admin privileges.
