I need to integrate outlook 2016 (Office 365) with Dynamics Nav 2017 to synchronize the contact database of Dynanics Nav to Outlook and vice versa by user Windows account with filters and then to have interactions by mail, tracking, sending documents...
The solution presented on the link below is not appropriate because synchronizations are not stable, no bi-directional and especially the "Dynamics" contact base created during the synchronization is not direct access from Outlook PC, Outlook App iOS and OWA. All our sales people work on iPads.

Do you have a solution to "connect" Outlook and Dynamics Nav in our situation ?
