Hi Community,
I am trying to replicate the functionality mentioned in below link but I am getting the issue:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oghl9oT9Eks

Error Details: {"Error":"new_<MyProcessName>#2011/Organization.svc"} and I have created the action process using my publisher with prefix "cf_" due to which my process name is cf_<MyProcessName> Can you please let me know what can be an issue with my action process?

Also, someone has reported the same issue but the post is no longer present on the support form:
https://support.docusign.com/s/question/0D51W00008G2uHkSAJ/send-with-docusign-action-shows-error-newprepare2011organizationsvc

Is it because of service deprecation if yes, can you let an alternative to use the merge field and send functionality?

    RE: Issue with DocuSign Integration

    I have reviewed the User Guide published by DocuSign for Dynamics and found below solution:

    Error: Request not supported: new_{CustomWorkflowName}

    Invalid publisher prefix in a custom action.

    Check the publisher prefix. DocuSign uses the default publisher prefix new_ or the unique prefix docusign_.

    If you have created a custom action with a different publisher prefix, an error occurs.

    1. To check the publisher prefix, go to Settings > Customizations > Publishers. If you have changed the default publisher prefix assigned to a DocuSign process, you need to rename it to new_.
    2. If this solution is unavailable, an alternative is to create an unmanaged solution that will hold all custom actions for DocuSign and assign it to a publisher with the prefix new_.

    Would you please indicate at which step this error occurs?

    And maybe you can post your issue in the community of DocuSign: Home (docusign.com)
