There is "Reserve" Option in Item Card and Customer Card. Which setting applies when we sell that Item to that Customer? is there any documentation that clarifies this?

Hi, as far as I know, Item has the highest priority.

You can do a simple test.

For example,

Customer Card: Never

Item: Always

In Sales Order Line: Always
